Sitebox does not access or use contractor payments, labour salaries, profit/loss details, client financial information, or internal budgets.
4.2 No Business Interference
Sitebox does not review or interfere with client relationships, vendor negotiations, quotations or margins, or internal workflows.
4.3 Aggregated Data Usage
Sitebox may use anonymized and aggregated data for platform improvement, feature development, and predictive insights.
5. MATERIAL REQUESTS & PROCUREMENT SUPPORT
Sitebox may provide features to organize and share material requirements.
Sitebox may facilitate connections between users and third-party vendors when requested.
Sitebox does not act as a seller or inventory holder and does not influence pricing or vendor selection.
6. THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS
Any interaction with suppliers or vendors is independent of Sitebox.
Sitebox does not guarantee product quality, availability, or pricing and is not responsible for delays, damages, or disputes.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate data, maintain login security, and use the platform responsibly.
Sitebox is not responsible for decisions based on incorrect or incomplete data.
8. DATA SECURITY
Sitebox uses secure cloud infrastructure, encryption, and restricted access systems.
Employees cannot access user data unless explicitly requested.
9. LIMITED LIABILITY
Sitebox is not liable for incorrect data entries, project delays, material shortages, vendor issues, or financial decisions.
Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid.
